With so many different fabrics in upholstery each piece is evaluated on site for the best method of cleaning. Spot testing for dyes running , checking materials for required temperatures for cleaning and whether a wet or dry method of cleaning is best , since all fabrics vary . Our cleaners will advise you about the cleaning methods and whether or not your fabric is cleanable.

Steam cleaning - $99.95
Dry Cleaning (dry foam extraction / Von Schrader ) - $160.00
Each additional seat would be $30.00
Each additional chair would be $35.00
Leather upholstery can be cleaned and conditioned for $52.50/ seat.
